Hello Everyone,
My name is Amornrat. You can call me Amori.
I am Thai. I began my yoga & meditation journey 15 years ago when I was living in New York. My first encounter with yoga at the local gym was to relieve lower back pain. I discovered how yoga helps me not only overcome physical challenges, but also maintain the balance between spiritual and material world.
I am a certified instructor for open level at all stages. I earned yoga teacher certification from New York City. I am very grateful for the opportunity to practice and train many forms of yoga; Slow flow, Power yoga, Kundalini, and Hatha Yoga with different masters and senior teachers in New York City. Also I attended different courses of Vipassana meditation known as insight meditation, including many week-long silent meditations in Thailand.
I currently teach and own Flow Yoga Chiang Mai Studio in Doi Saket, Chiang Mai. My commitment is to deepen my exploration of Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga combined with Thai & Western cultures and wisdoms. My passion is to spread positivity and inspires everyone to begin their practice and open themselves up to the possibility of change in their lives.
I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Power Flow, and Gentle Therapeutic. Also, specialize sessions in restorative yoga, yoga therapy, and Chair yoga for Healing & Strength. I have a love for making my classes inclusive for everyone can join, and while they are challenging, I make them safe and fun.
